General Requirements For Bodies Operating Certification Of Persons.

ISO/IEC 17024:2012 standard is an international standard that comprises of accreditation conditions of institutions that want to prepare personnel certification. It specifies the conditions that provide certification institutions applicants reliable, consistent and comparable such as ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17021 accreditation standards.

It enables that certification programmes that are applied by accreditated, examined institutions can be agreeable both at the national and international level.

Accreditation needs stability, consistency, trust and voluntariness. It means authorisation. It means giving the right of use of institution’s own logo and authority.
